• Initiated and led the company wide Product Portfolio Management initiative which aligned the global IT roadmap and technology resources to business initiatives thus maximizing the overall IT budget of 100+ million dollars.
• Worked directly with CxO’s in strategy initiatives which led to improved operational performance in each division.
• Developed Advertising divisions overall Enterprise Architecture plans and overall systems development lifecycle (Waterfall, SOP 98-1 Software Capitalization, etc.)
• Consolidated and retired legacy systems aligning technology platforms to future state (digital) business model.
• Rolled out CRM for Sales Force Automation and order management; integrated into Oracle eBusiness Suite/Financials.
• Implemented a large scale Business Intelligence and reporting platform using Microsoft Reporting Services.
• Led overall product development efforts in the recruitment, government and education spaces.
• Launched an enrollment marketing and management system (CRM) for universities called ClassMaker which provided seamless integration with university back-end systems, such as SCT Banner (later sold to Blackboard Inc.)
