My Experience at TMP Worldwide

TMP Worldwide LLC, formed in 2006 as part of a divestiture of Monster Worldwide. TMP is the world’s largest global recruitment advertising agency with over 700 people, billings and revenues exceeding $300M and $100M respectively.

• Created the Digital Product and Development units ($50M+ in annual revenue) and oversaw entire product lifecycle including R&D/Labs and PMO. Also established the company’s first centralized product call center support organization.

• Scaled the organization from the ground up and established the company’s Enterprise Architecture and IT infrastructure. Grew the technology and product organization from 25 to 140+ (onshore/offshore) and a budget of $14M.

• Led all facets of technology, including the management of IT Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Datacenter, communications, etc.) and Enterprise Applications (Siebel, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Learning Management Systems, etc.)

TMP’s integrated Digital Product suite called TMP TalentBrew includes:

• SEO platform that dynamically creates career portals; generating 6M+ unique visitors and 20M+ page views/month.

• Job Distribution: This SaaS platform integrates with Applicant Tracking Systems and 2,000+ job/media boards.

• Campaign Management/Metrics: BI platform tracking performance/efficiency of digital media ad placements.

• Mobile and Social: Next generation recruitment solutions such as Mobile Job Search and Apply.

• Fortune 500 clients included: Deloitte, AT&T, Dell, Disney, Boeing, UPS, Target, CVS, Amazon, etc.
